This small piece was started in the midst of a long trial away from home. Rather than focusing on the negatives, this collage rejoices in the new friends made during that time, and the support they provided.

Hand dyed cotton and silk, commercial cotton, synthetic fabrics, embroidery floss. Raw edge collage, machine and hand stitching.
