“The Way it Goes” Complete

The Way it GoesThe background was made improvisationally, but the gold shapes were added with (mostly) conventional pattern making. (It turns out the two methods are a little tricky to use together.) But, I’m very happy with it.

I used some great commercial fabrics, along with my own hand dyes. Do you see the white “hand stitching” around the large circles in the fabric below? That’s actually part of the print of the fabric.
